The data subject has the right to request confirmation from the person responsible as to whether personal data is being processed; If this is the case, she has a right to information about this personal data and the information listed in detail in Art. 15 DSGVO.
The data subject has the right to request the person responsible to correct any incorrect personal data relating to them and, if necessary, to complete incomplete personal data (Art. 16 DSGVO).
The person concerned has the right to demand that the person responsible delete personal data concerning them immediately, provided that one of the reasons listed in Art. B. if the data is no longer required for the purposes pursued (right to deletion).
The data subject has the right to request the controller to restrict processing if one of the conditions listed in Art. B. if the data subject has objected to the processing, for the duration of the review by the person responsible.
The data subject has the right to object to the processing of personal data concerning them at any time for reasons that arise from their particular situation. The person responsible will then no longer process the personal data unless he can prove compelling legitimate reasons for the processing that outweigh the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject, or the processing serves to assert, exercise or defend legal claims (Art . 21 DSGVO).
Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, every person concerned has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if the person concerned is of the opinion that the processing of their personal data violates the DSGVO (Art. 77 DSGVO). The person concerned can assert this right with a supervisory authority in the member state of their place of residence, their place of work or the place of the alleged violation.
